Initial contact was 12/13/13. They responded quickly and Joe came out and offered a verbal estimate. I called to accept and they e-mailed a contract/proposal on 1/1/14 and said through text that they would start in 2 to 3wks. I signed it and emailed it back on 1/04/14.
On Feb 5 they got to work right away and stayed on the job except for one day of rain. (Joe, gave the verbal estimate, remained the supervisor throughout the job and was on the job site each day.)
The system works great. We had been nursing an old inadequate system for 6 years until we saved enough to replace it. The new aerobic system is fantastic and worth the money. There aren't any words to express the sense of freedom we have now to use water whenever you need to without worry.
What issues we had were taken care of thoroughly, with Stephanie's help. We have come away very satisfied with our decision to use MJ septic. I can recommend MJ Septic to anyone looking to replace their old septic system to an aerobic system and I do recommend replacement if you can swing the cost

We called MJ to come to our home and pump out our septic system. This company had very good reviews from our Timberwood Park Nextdoor neighbors. Sure enough, they were very prompt, on time and explained everything to us before they started the work. We had never lived where we had a storage tank or septic system so we didn't know what to expect. Stephanie covered everything very well over the phone and also what the costs could be or would be. Our tech came out and since we had the old type of system he had to spend some time trying to locate the entry to the tank. He was very patient and really seemed to know what he was doing. All I can say is this company did what they said they would do. They were very customer friendly, they arrived early, they maintained accurate readings, and their equipment looked to be " remarkable clean ", a trait that means allot to me. They care about image in a business where this could be secondary. They also have a discount for our neighborhood which was nice. Yes we will call them again.

I thought that was strange since it had just been pumped. So I called MJ and they sent out one of their guys. He was super friendly and even showed me that the levels were only at a 3. We have utilized MJ Septic to maintain our system since moving into our home almost a year ago. Recently we had our alarm sound and they came right out to look at the issue. Turns out we had a failed agitator and it would require replacing. The technician did not try to immediately "sell" us on the new part, but rather let us know that although it did need to be replaced it wasn't imperative that we do it now. We opted to replace the part and MJ Septic ordered and installed it within a week. Not only were they fast, but they were extremely fair! We highly recommend their services!
